PAPER MARBLE™ is PAPERUS' proprietary material made by combining discarded paper with mineral resin, grain starch, and other ingredients. It retains the texture of paper and a matte, stone-like surface, and is shaped into objects for everyday use.

PAPER MARBLE™ is a solid composite created by binding paper with other materials. Although its appearance can resemble plaster, it feels firm and smooth and has strength comparable to brick.

Color, paper-fragment distribution, and the hand-making process create natural variations in every object. Even within the same design, each piece carries a different trace of paper.

Visible paper fragments and irregular surfaces are natural characteristics of the material and hand-making process. If you suspect a crack or breakage that prevents normal use, please contact us with a photo of the product.

We use unused offcuts, defective paper, and printed matter that has reached the end of its original purpose as material for new products, giving discarded paper another life as objects with distinctive colors and textures.

PAPERUS products are made by hand in our own studio in Korea. Paper is transformed into a new material, shaped, and then cured through a natural air-drying process.

Choose according to the space you use. We recommend KKOJI for a desk, Hechi Bookends for a bookshelf, a vase for the living room, Polluck for an entryway, and KKINI or coasters for a table. Button and Mapae magnets work well on magnetic surfaces, while the Mini Polluck Diffuser is designed for cars.
